Eligibility: Travel Channel May 2014 Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.

Timing: The Promotion ends on May 31 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, visit travelchannel.com/sweepstakes/prague-2014 and complete and submit the online registration form including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. Once you fill out the registration form, in its entirety, and submit, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and be presented with one (1) trivia question. If you provide the correct answer to the trivia question on the first try, you will receive one (1) additional Sweepstakes entry and advance to the Instant Win Game page and receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day. If you provide an incorrect answer to the trivia question, you will not receive an additional Sweepstakes entry. Once on the Instant Win Game page, follow the links and instructions to play the game. The Instant Win Game results will be instantly displayed. Potential winners of the Instant Win Game will be provided directions for validation. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Administrator is responsible for the functionality of the Instant Win Game.

Limit: Each participant is eligible to receive up to two (2) Sweepstakes entries per day during the Promotion Period.

Prizes: (A) Sweepstakes Prize: The Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Prague, Czech Republic consisting of the following: (i) round-trip coach class airfare for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest between the major airport (within the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States) nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence and Prague, Czech Republic (airports determined by Main Sponsor in its sole discretion); (ii) seven (7) days, six (6) nights first class hotel accommodations (one double occupancy room, room rate and tax only); (iii) Czech style folklore dinner for two (2) including music and traditional dancing; (iv) bike tour through Prague to the Karlstejn Castle along the Vltava River, returning by train; (v) day trip to the Nizbor Bohemia glass factory to experience how the world famous Czech Republic pilsner glasses are made; (vii) $1,500 spending money; (viii) round trip airport transfers to/from hotel in Prague; (ix) all taxes related to accommodations and airfare; (x) TEAM professional travel coordination, including a dedicated travel specialist, booking of air, hotel and activities, a day-by-day itinerary and official travel document case; and (xi) TEAM management services including telephone contact, correspondence, securing of liability releases, scheduling of travel dates and destination, and 24-hour toll-free number assistance. The trip must be completed by May 31, 2015, or Grand Prize Winner forfeits the Grand Prize in its entirety. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize trip package: $10,000.

(B) Instant Win Game Prizes: Thirty-one (31) PRIZES (i.e., one (1) Instant Win Game Prize awarded per day during the Promotion Period) (each, an “Instant Win Game Prize”): A metal cup with the Travel Channel logo. ARV: $6.99. Odds of winning an Instant Win Game Prize depends upon the number of eligible entries received at time of each pre-determined, randomly generated timestamp divided by the number of Instant Win Prizes available. Limit: One (1) Instant Win Game Prize per person. TOTAL ARV of all Instant Win Game Prizes: $216.69.
