Discovery Channel Shark Week Bahamas Sweepstakes

ELIGIBILITY: The Discovery Channel Shark Week Bahamas Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the continental U.S. who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry.

PROGRAM DATES: The Shark Week Sweepstakes ends at 11:59 PM ET on August 12.

PRIZES: Within one week of the close of the Sweepstakes, an independent judging organization will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period to award the following prizes:

One (1) Grand Prize: a trip for the winner and one guest to Atlantis Resort, Paradise Island, Bahamas. The prize consists of round trip coach air travel to Nassau, Bahamas, from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence; one (1) double occupancy hotel room for 4 days/3 nights; airport/hotel ground transportation; a $500 resort credit; and shark- related activities suggested by the Sponsor. All taxes on prize and all expenses related to acceptance and use of prize and not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $4,999.
