To enter, register by completing the entry form and/or following the instructions available on the Website. Upon successful registration, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person or e-mail address per day during the Entry Period, regardless of the number of e-mail addresses or accounts a person may have.

PRIZES: Grand Prize (1 winner): One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) $500 Spafinder.com Gift Card; dinner for two (2) at a top-rate restaurant (to be awarded in the form of one (1) $250.00 Gift Card); one (1) $350.00 Cosabella Gift Card; one (1) FX Network’s The Americans seasons one (1) and two (2) box set on DVD.
