PRIZES: One (1) grand prize winner will be randomly selected from among the total online entry forms. The Grand prize consists of: A 3-day/2-night trip for winner and one (1) guest to Las Vegas, NV. Prize includes two (2) roundtrip coach-class air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from a major airport near the winner’s home within the Eligibility Area to Las Vegas, NV, 3 days/2 consecutive nights single standard double-occupancy hotel room accommodations at a Las Vegas area in-market hotel to be selected by Sponsor and a Black Opal Gift collection selected by Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $2,500.00.

Twenty-five (25) second prize winners will be randomly selected from among the total online entry forms. The twenty-five (25) second prizes will each consist of a Black Opal gift set featuring (1) shade from Color Splurge Luxe Lipstick, Color Splurge Patent Lips, Color Splurge Lustre Gloss, Color Splurge Eyeshadow Duo, Boldacious Lengths Mascara, Automatic Eye Definer Pencil, and Automatic Lip Definer Pencil. Sponsor selects shades. The ARV of each Second Prize: $45.00.
The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other consideration, except by Sponsor due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
