HOW TO ENTER: Open a new U.S. Bank consumer checking account: You can earn one (1) Sweepstakes automatic entry by opening a new U.S. Bank consumer checking account during the Entry Period. A minimum deposit of $25 is required to open a U.S. Bank checking account. If account opened is a joint account, the primary and secondary account holders will each receive one (1) entry.
