Eligibility
The Kroger Customer Survey Monthly Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (excluding Florida, New York and Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia (“U.S.”) who are 18 years of age or older.
Timing
The Survey ends at 11:59 PM CT on December 31.
How to enter
Access the survey entry page via Kroger.com/Feedback. You will be asked to respond to several questions regarding your most recent experience at the store, and to provide your name, address, telephone number and the survey code printed on the receipt. You will also be asked to provide additional information from your receipt, including the date of your store visit, time of your store visit, store #, terminal #, and transaction #. OR Hand print your name, complete address and telephone number on a postcard and mail to: Customer Survey Monthly Sweepstakes, PMI Station, PO Box 3547, Southbury, CT 06488-3547.
Prizes
One (1) Grand Prize, consisting of $5,000 in Kroger gift cards.
One hundred (100) First Prizes, each consisting of a $100 Kroger gift card.

I used to be able to enter the Kroger contest easily, but my computer is messing it up. I can’t spend all day trying to figure it out. I wish it were easier to enter the contest. I have my receipt and I’m ready to go.

I shopped at 9043 w Olive today and have to give Dustin in the meat dept. the biggest thank you for his service, extremely helpful and pleasant he ground a piece of chuck from the meat dept. and did it without any show of unpleasantanceAnd Karen Cashier also was extremely pleasant and helpful, Keep employes like them, please. I no longer shop at Safeway because I was treated so badly at the meat dept.

I shop at Kroger’s in Crossville Tennessee and I love this store. The sales, the fuel points and I love the employees. They all treat you like family and are so sweet. I can’t see myself shopping anywhere else. Yeah Kroger’s the BEST in Tennessee; come to Crossville and shop at Highland Sq. and then you will know what I’m talking about.The Best Store, The Best employees, and the sales. Thank you KROGER’S

Great store – our cashier today was Cheryl and she was Great! Service was quick and complete and her wonderful personaity was 100%. She is a true asset to the store.

Kroger is the only store where I can find Artic Zero bars. Only wish they had more than 2 flavors. Very clean and well organized store.
